Amadeus, a global leader in travel technology, sought to showcase its data science capabilities in a compelling way. Operating in over 190 markets with a diverse team of more than 19,000 employees, Amadeus processes hundreds of millions of bookings annually.

Despite this, the company's technological prowess wasn't effectively communicated to the world or its own people.

Data discussions often come across as complex and unengaging, leading to a lack of interest in understanding the value they bring. Amadeus needed a strategy to make its data science narrative captivating and relatable.

We introduced Shin Walker, the human face of travel data.

By analyzing 3.4 billion rows of flight booking data from the past two years, our team of data scientists utilized AI and advanced machine learning algorithms to create a persona that embodies Amadeus's skills and the power of data analytics.

Shin Walker represents the human spirit of data, transforming sterile analytics into a relatable narrative. [ All done before GPT revolution. ]
