Connecting generations of Europe for a single future to boost entrepreneurship.

JA Europe is the largest non-profit in Europe dedicated to preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship. It unites 42 countries. Every year, national programs culminate in an event, where the best young entrepreneurs from all over the continent are awarded.
In the year 2021, for the first time ever, EEC & CoYC events were set to happen under one banner. The host of these events was Lithuania.
Challenge ⸻
These events offer a unique opportunity for the host country to strengthen public awareness and brand identity. The challenge was to showcase Lithuania as a modern, open, and forward-thinking nation by highlighting its vibrant youth and entrepreneurial spirit in a way that resonated with local and international audiences.
We created Render the Future, a symbolic and visually striking campaign that emphasized the connection between generations and positioned entrepreneurship as a unifying force for Europe’s shared future. Anchored by the theme "Different generations, single future," the narrative highlighted collaboration between young and experienced entrepreneurs while showcasing Lithuania as a leader in fostering talent.
A futuristic visual identity featured a 3D-animated structure symbolizing innovation and connection, paired with digital projections that blended technology with the Lithuanian landscape. The campaign extended its reach globally through digital platforms and creative content, while its design and storytelling were seamlessly integrated into GEN-E 2021, creating a cohesive and memorable experience for all participants.

Connected and organized conversations with Prime Minister of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė, European Commissioner for the Environment Virginijus Sinkevičius, founder & CEO of Bolt Markus Villig, Prime Minister of Estonia Kaja Kallas and others.
370 000 young entrepreneurs from 40 countries competed to become Europe’s Company and Start-Up of the Year. Over 10 mln impressions of #Gen_E, 63,000 website visits, and 7,100 visitors to the virtual expo.
